Bill of Rights My take

1st Amendment is to allow Freedom of Religion, Freedom of Speech, the right to petition the government for grievances.  Meaning the government doesn’t have complete Sovereign Immunity as it claims.  If so the the 10th Amendment give Sovereign Rights to Citizens.
The 2nd Amendment is to allow a citizen to protect their life, liberty and property, from criminals and a corrupt government and to enforce their 1st Amendment Rights.
To deny a citizen self protection, the government has essentially murdered/left defenseless those citizens.
4th Amendment guarantees freedom and liberty from government interference.
Even in/on public, roads and places.
A warrant must be issued based upon probable cause before being detained or arrested…of a crime. No crime = no arrest, no warrant.
An Attempted criminal act is not a criminal act. And it is also usually based on subjective opinion.  Is jiggling a door handle to see if it is unlocked, a criminal act, even though no entry was made???
5th Amendment guarantees if the government seizes private property it must compensate for it at the time of confiscation.
Also guarantees life, liberty and property from seizure/arrest/murder and a right to a trial by a jury.

9th Amendment is not deny or disparage other citizens rights retained by the citizens.

Aka social justice warriors, shaming, employers firing employees from non work related activities.
*See US Supreme Court ruling a company or business is considered a citizen.
A business cannot restrict free speech or ban employees non work related activities.
A business cannot restrict the 2nd Amendment.
Unless businesses can now make laws.
10th Amendment guarantees rights to the citizens and guarantees citizens rights to/in other states, by the Constitution. See 1st and 2nd Amendment.
14th Amendment gives back the rights for ex-convicted the right to vote and to bear arms and any other lost rights.
15th Amendment guarantees the rights restored of those previously in servitude.
Nothing in the Constitution is to
Take away a citizens rights. It gives and enhances and guarantees a citizen rights.
It limits power to all 3 branches of government
To limit free speech and to limit firearm/arms, knives, mace, nukes, body armor, etc..  goes against the very principles of the Constitution of a citizens right to self preservation and to petition the government of all three branches for grievances.
Only Congress shall make laws, Executive Privilege,  is a privilege and not a right. The Supreme Court is to determine if Congress makes Unconstitutional Laws.  But what if the Supreme Court creates illegal/Unconstitutional laws. To what government branch must a redress must be made?
The government clearly uses selective enforcement of the laws. But they are to follow all the laws all the time. If they are Constitutional of course.
The government has absolute Power And absolute power corrupts.
The government knows what we are all doing all the time, yet lets crime happen and they can prevent it, then they are knowingly aiding and abetting criminal activity.
Must be careful with preventive law enforcement though.
When a law enforcement officer escalates a minor traffic violation to the use of deadly force, or to gather information for probable cause, they then become agent provocateurs and not law enforcing, law enforcement officers. That is outside the scope of their authority.
In the book Three Felonies A Day, by Harvey A. Silverglate, by the year 2007 the U.S. Code listed more than 4,450 criminal offenses.  The average professional in this country wakes up in the morning, goes to work, comes home, eats dinner, and then goes to sleep, unaware that he or she has likely committed several federal crimes that day.
